Jack Huang
Managing Director and Member of Investment Committee
A co-founder of the Eaglestone Group, Jack Huang, has had direct management involvement in a number of substantial and successful property development projects in Australia. He is a former ANZ Bank Manager and National Sales Director of Ruizean Group (financial services company). Jack’s extensive executive and management experience encompasses property investment, customer service, business development, people management and funds management. In his role with ANZ, Jack achieved top 3 nationally in sales performance and more than doubled the growth of an existing lending book. Jack managed one of the country’s largest branches and in less than 2 years, grew the value of that office’s lending book to more than AUD 500 million. It is the executive experience Jack developed in achieving these outstanding results, that he brings to driving and shaping Eaglestone Group’s future financial success.
Bruce Yu
Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Investment Committee
Bruce Yu is a co-founder and Chief Financial Officer of Eaglestone Group. Bruce has more than 10 years experience in financial services and the accounting industry. Bruce’s experience extends to customer service management, business development, professional tax planning and funds management. He has formerly worked as the financial controller for a large family office overseeing a portfolio of multi-million dollar assets. Subsequently, Bruce decided to take a different career path and established a successful mortgage broking firm focusing on high net worth and ultra wealthy individuals, together with a select group of affluent family office associations. The experience Bruce brings will ensure Eaglestone Group achieves an unmatched client service experience together with profitable and risk-balanced business performance.
PHILLIP CUI
Sales Director
Phillip has extensive development and management skills/ experience honed over many years in business. He is professionally qualified in accounting and finance and is an accredited mortgage broker. Phillip’s expertise is applied to maintaining relationships with Eaglestone’s various business partners and providing timely and relevant information, research and guidance to all of the Group’s stakeholders, to ensure that ultimate business objectives are met. Phillip is a key adviser to Eaglestone’s board, providing valued insights and strategies aimed at maximising productivity and qualitative performance; and striving to optimise growth solutions/outcomes for clients.
Rabin Kaneyson
Responsible Manager and Member of the Investment Committee
Rabin Kaneyson (B.Com, LLB) is a non-executive Director of Degraves Capital Management Pty Ltd, a research and technology focused firm specializing in quantitative trading strategies in global financial markets. Rabin has over 20 years of experience in financial markets. Prior to his role at Degraves, Rabin co-founded Cabana Capital Management, a successful systematic Commodity Trading Advisor operating from 2007 to 2011. Rabin commenced his career in alternative investments at Boronia Capital, Australia’s largest systematic hedge fund, as Head of trading and In-house Counsel from 2000 to 2006.
Oliver Alliker
Responsible Manager and Member of the Investment Committee
Oliver Alliker (B.Ec) is a director of Scout Global Funds Ltd, a firm that focuses on research and capital allocation to systematic, quantitative hedge fund strategies. Oliver was previously a director and founder of Cabana Capital Management, a systematic Commodity Trading Advisor founded in 2007. Prior to Cabana, Oliver was a Senior Trader and Client Relations Manager at Boronia Capital (then known as Grinham Managed Funds) from 2002 – 2007. Before this Oliver worked as a Futures trader and an Equity Options dealer for ANZ Bank on the Australian Stock Exchange trading floor. Oliver is an NFA Associated person and CIMA registered director.
Glen McKernan
Strategic Commercial Real Estate Adviser
Glen has over 25 years of work experience in the Real Estate Industry providing services for clients including Asset Management, Acquisition & Sales, Leasing, Property Management & Development and general property consulting. Glen has extensive experience in Commercial Office, Industrial and Retail property and has managed assets across all major markets in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Canberra. Glen holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce (Property Development) and a Bachelor of Business in Land Economy, Western Sydney University, Real Estate Agent Licence and is Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
